Apple Watch service and repairs

Our engineers are fully trained to complete a diagnostic check on your Apple Watch and facilitate the repair, but please note that we will need your iPhone to be present at the time of booking in the Apple Watch for service so it can be unpaired from the iPhone which will also trigger a final backup of data from your Apple Watch to the iPhone. This data will be restored to the Apple Watch when repairs are completed, and the devices are repaired.

The following prices apply if your Apple Watch needs repair or replacement and the issue isn’t covered by Apple’s Limited Warranty, consumer law, or AppleCare+. They also apply if your coverage has expired.

We'll inspect your product to determine the final service fee.

If your battery has a manufacturing issue that's covered by the Apple Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we'll service your Apple Watch at no additional cost. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use. We offer out-of-warranty battery service for a fee.

If your Apple Watch battery holds less than 80 percent of its original battery capacity and it’s covered by AppleCare+, you will get Apple Watch battery service for no additional charge. We might need to test your product to find the cause of your battery issue.

These prices are for service directly from Apple. Pricing and terms vary at other service providers.

If you have AppleCare+ for Apple Watch and use an incident of accidental damage, you'll pay a service fee to replace your product, as shown below. AppleCare+ incidents can be used for screen damage.

Most repairs are completed in 7 - 10 working days. These are approximate time frames; we aim to complete your repair in the timeliest manner possible. There are some exceptions.
