WestWorld Computers is seeking a Certified iPhone Repair Technician to join our service team. We are looking for a technician who is skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on iPhones in accordance with Apple standards.
• Complete display, battery, and component replacements accurately and efficiently.
• Document repair notes and service orders with attention to detail.
• Handle customer devices with care and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Stay current with Apple repair procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Apple Certification for iPhone 13 repairs or newer (minimum requirement).
• Experience repairing iPhones, including displays, batteries, and other key components.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high repair quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
