COVID-19 Safety Policies - Updated: May 5, 2021
As an essential service, WestWorld Computers is taking a number of precautions to protect the health and wellness of our customers, employees and business partners. In an effort to help control the spread of COVID-19, we are working in accordance with the guidance of local public health authorities. Below we detail the measures taken to stay operational and additional services to simplify your experience.

Currently our Service Department is running by appointment only. Book online now, or call 780-454-5190, option 2 to book an appointment through an Advisor.
We are limiting the number of clients in store to ensure physical distancing. Book a 1-on-1 Shopping Appointment online, or call 780-454-5190, option 1 to speak with sales.
Our corporate, government and business division is available. Please call your account representatives directly or email shop@westworld.ca to start a new account.

Physical Distancing
Our showroom is large enough to allow for physical distancing between staff and clients. Please follow the distance markings where applicable.
In-Store Capacity
We are limiting the number of customers in-store to aid in both physical distancing and increased cleaning measures.
At this time our limit is 20 ppl.

We're currently taking appointments for both Service and Sales departments. Please DO NOT arrive more than 10-15 mins prior to your booking.

To provide you peace of mind, shop from home with our expanding online store. If you do not see the item you are looking for, contact us for help.

Staff Screenings
Staff are required to complete daily temperature checks and symptom screenings. Any with symptoms must isolate and be tested before returning to work.
Sanitizer Stations
Several sanitizer stations have been implemented throughout our location. We require customers to sanitize prior to using demo products.
Increased Store Cleaning
Our team does regular sanitizing sweeps through the store. All demo products are sanitized before and after customer interactions.
Face Masks
Face Coverings are required by all staff, visitors, and customers. If you have an exemption, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
